If you have ever wondered if the walls could talk, despite being brand new, the Dezy already comes with a rich history and promise for the future. Bianca Reyes, a DC native and developer of the Dezy, had a vision after spending over 20 years in the real estate industry and living between Italy, Spain and Hungary. She chose a like-minded, Euro-inspired architect, Eric Teran from Eustilus, to help bring the concept of Dezy Condominiums to life. Having explored and worked in various parts of the city, what better area than Trinidad which is already known for its eclectic history and diverse culture to bring more international zest to this booming neighborhood.
Dezy is the Hungarian nickname for her only son, Mattias Dezső. “Dezső” is a Hungarian given name, derived from the Latin name Desiderius, which means “desired” or “longed for.”Both, Her son and the brick-and-mortar Dezy, were greatly desired, so it is with great honor that we bring you this newest residential building made with much love, sacrifice, and team work.
This concept of bringing what she’s learned from her travels, from her cherished family and love for real estate, in particular, residential living, is how to bring the best of the outside inward. That is why the outdoor living spaces are so important in this community. It’s where you can have a moment of inner reflection, share a good glass of wine while watching the sunset as vacationers tend to do, tend to the soil at the herb garden and slowdown from the city hustle, or take an extra-long shower in the Hungarian-inspired spa baths. The large panoramic windows allow you to take advantage of the magical morning sun rises from the master bedroom or the evening sunsets from your kitchen. The Dezy helps give you that much needed work-life balance.
Every aspect has been meticulously curated, from the names of the units to the luxurious, high-end finishes within. The lower units are thoughtfully named after iconic water landmarks in Italy and Hungary, while the upper levels pay homage to renowned architectural marvels from the same regions. Each detail of the Dezy reflects a deep commitment to both cultural significance and premium craftsmanship.
